About this #126 Frame St. Martin dePorres Framed Print
St. Martin de Porres was a Dominican brother and is known for his many miracles. His patronage is to mixed-race people and interracial harmony. As such we find this portrayal of the saint with a bird, cat, mouse and eating from the same tray in complete harmony. He holds a broom as a gesture to his belief that no work was too menial.
